Accessibility

Effective October 13, 2026 · Last reviewed October 13, 2026

TapIQ Inc. wants everyone to be able to learn about and use TapIQ, including people who rely on a screen reader, keyboard, voice control, magnification or captions. This statement covers the TapIQ website at tapiq.com. The TapIQ application at app.tapiq.com and the TapIQ mobile apps are covered under Known limitations.

Our commitment

We aim for the TapIQ website to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. We treat accessibility as part of design and development, not a separate project: new pages and components are checked against WCAG 2.1 AA before they ship, and we re-test the site when it changes substantially.

What we have done

We test with automated tools (axe-core) at desktop and phone widths, and by hand with a keyboard. Screen-reader testing is on our list; see Known limitations.

Known limitations

We know about the following and are working on them. If you run into one, the contact details below will get you the information another way.

Compatibility

The site is designed to work with current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge, and with the screen readers built into those platforms. Its text content does not depend on JavaScript: with scripts disabled, the pages still read in order, without the animated demonstrations.

Tell us what is not working

If any part of TapIQ is hard or impossible for you to use, please tell us. Email hello@tapiq.com with "Accessibility" in the subject line and, if you can, the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser and assistive technology you were using. We reply within 5 business days, and we will work with you to get you the information or complete the task another way in the meantime.

Formal complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact us again and ask that your concern be escalated, and we will respond in writing. This statement does not limit any rights you have under the Americans with Disabilities Act or other applicable law.
